Friday, November 12th
• Pick-up is open all day for those arriving early. Court lights come on at dusk, and stay on until approx. 11pm / midnight.
• Pre-tournament check-in (1st chance) 8pm to Midnight at Al's Bar (corner of 6th St. and North Limestone - just a couple blocks from the courts)
- teams are required to check in, and will receive registration packets, wrist bands, sign waivers, etc. Should only take a couple minutes, and would be helpful if all team members were present.
- beer specials next door at The Sidecar for tournament participants
Saturday, November 13th
• 8:30am - 9:30am Pre-tournament check-in (last chance) @ Coolavin Park Community Center (beside the 3rd court)
- teams are required to check in, and will receive registration packets, wrist bands, sign waivers, etc. Should only take a couple minutes, and would be helpful if all team members were present.
• 9:00am Referee Meeting for all interested in volunteering to ref games throughout the weekend. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
• 10:00am Swiss Rounds Morning group begins (groups will be announced ahead of time). End time TBD.
• Swiss Rounds Afternoon group - Start time TBD
• 8:00pm Benefit show for The Broke Spoke Community Bike Shop featuring Ben Sollee @ Al's Bar. $10 door ($3 for polo players with a wrist band)
- beer specials next door at The Sidecar (no cover).
• Pick-up at the courts until the lights go off, or the police ask us to leave.
Sunday, November 14th
• 10:00am 24-team Double Elimination brackets begin (top 24 teams from Saturday will advance)
• Pick-up all day on the 3rd court
• Stay afterward to party with us, or limp back home exhausted from all the good times you had
*breakfast and lunch options will be provided at the courts on Saturday & Sunday, but we encourage you to explore dinner and entertainment options during the evenings.
